About ASTCT, CIBMTR and the Tandem Meetings
The American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT®) is an international professional membership association of more than 3,900 physicians, investigators, and other health care professionals from more than 50 countries. Its mission is dedicated to improving the application and success of hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) and related cellular therapies. We strive to be the leading organization promoting research, education and clinical practice in the field.
CIBMTR®(Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research®) is a research collaboration between the Medical College of Wisconsin and NMDP℠. CIBMTR collaborates with the global scientific community to advance HCT and cellular therapy worldwide to increase survival and enrich the quality of life for patients. CIBMTR facilitates critical observational and interventional research through scientific and statistical expertise, a large network of transplant centers, and a unique and extensive clinical outcomes database.
The 2025 Tandem Meetings will take place February 12-15, 2025, in Honolulu, and will feature in-person and digital access to programming, so everyone can experience the premier event in the evolving HCT and cellular therapy field. The event grants access to the latest scientific updates, new technologies and innovative products in the field. Leading experts from around the world will convene to share key insights to help healthcare professionals and researchers save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.
