Most activities for the 2026 Tandem Meetings will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Additional housing and travel information will be provided in fall 2025. Housing will open this fall, at the same time as registration for the 2026 Tandem Meetings. Check back this fall after registration is open to book your housing. You must be registered for the 2026 Tandem Meetings to book within the Tandem Meetings housing block.

Please note that you must register for the Tandem Meetings before booking your hotel room. Due to demand, we have a limited number of rooms available within the housing block.
The Tandem Meetings have secured discounted rates on hotel rooms available until January 13, 2026, or until the room block is filled.
If you have not booked via the link on your registration confirmation page, you may revisit the confirmation page at any time. Log in to your existing registration via this link and enter your registration email and the password you created when registering. Proceed to the registration record page and click "Need Hotel Reservation" to book your hotel room.

Travel
The recommended airport is the Salt Lake City International (SLC) Airport which is a 15-minute drive from the Salt Palace Convention Center.
Transportation
A variety of transportation options are available between the airport and hotels, including rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, taxis and public transit. The Tandem Meetings will not offer shuttle services between hotels and the convention center.
