Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception is the kick off celebration for the Tandem Meetings! Join us in the Exhibit Hall for refreshments and networking. Attendees will connect with peers, mentors, and exhibitors to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year. No additional tickets are required for this event, all registered attendees are welcome.
Orientation for Fellows in Training
All Fellow attendees are welcome to join ASTCT and CIBMTR for an orientation breakfast. This orientation is hosted by Senior Leadership from both hosting organizations and includes breakfast during the networking session. This event is complimentary for registered attendees, and Fellows in Training should indicate their intention to attend during the registration process.
Meet-the-Professor Sessions
Learn directly from experts in the field by attending a Meet the Professor Session. Sessions cost $25 each and include lunch and a one-hour discussion. Sessions are limited to 25 attendees.
Tickets can only be purchased during registration; remaining tickets will be available for purchase via credit card at the registration desk. Tickets are required for these sessions and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Meet the Authors Poster Reception
More than 600 posters will be on display at the Meet the Authors Poster Reception. Authors will be in attendance and ready to answer questions about their research. No additionsl tickets are required for this event, all registered attendees are welcome, beverages will be served.
Tandem Meetings Closing Reception
After a week of informative sessions, attendees can take time to unwind and network with esteemed colleagues at the final reception of the Tandem Meetings. This reception will feature an exciting food, beverages and dancing! Tickets are required for this event and may be purchased during registration or onsite at the Registration Desk and are subject to availability.
