ASTCT Abstract Travel Grants

Deadline: Sunday, December 1

The ASTCT Abstract Travel Grant program awards are granted to qualified ASTCT In-Training or Affiliate members who are listed as authors on abstracts accepted for the Tandem Meetings. 25 grants of $1,500 each will be awarded to selected applicants. ASTCT Special Interest Group (SIG) Travel Grants

Deadline: Friday, November 8

The ASTCT SIG Travel Grant program awards grants to selected members of the Nursing, APP, Social Work and Pharmacy SIGs to allay the costs of attending the 2025 Tandem Meetings. For questions regarding this program, please contact Liz Stockton at lstockton@astct.org.

ASTCT & Jeff Gordan Children's Foundation Travel Grants

Deadline: Monday, November 18

ASTCT is excited to introduce our new partnership with the Jeff Gordan Children's Foundation (JGCF), that will provide travel grants to young investigators focused on advancing treatments for pediatric patients in hematopoietic cell transplantation and cellular therapy.

This award celebrates researchers whose innovative contributions and dedication are transforming the understanding and treatment of young patients, fostering progress that brings hope and life-changing impacts to children and their families. Recognizing excellence in both scientific achievement and clinical promise, this award aims to highlight and support those pushing boundaries in pediatric HCT/CT research.

Together, ASTCT and JGCF, will provide (6) travel grants in the amount of $5,000 to support travel costs to travel to attend the 2025 Tandem Meetings.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be a Fellow or within less than 5 years from first faculty position.
  • Must attend the 2025 Tandem Meetings in-person
    • Virtual attendees will not be considered.
  • Must treat or conduct research in pediatric populations
  • This grant is for individuals who do not receive funding from their institution to attend.

CIBMTR Data Manager Travel Grants — Closed

The CIBMTR Travel Grants are granted to qualified Clinical Research Professionals and Data Managers who currently work at an active CIMBTR Center and will be attending the Clinical Research Professionals/Data Managers Conference sessions at the 2025 Tandem Meetings.

In order to qualify you must be:

  • A Clinical Research Professional/Data Manager
  • Work at an active CIBMTR Center
  • Not an invited speaker
  • Not receiving other grant funds
  • Attending the Clinical Research Professionals/ Data Management Conference sessions

Grants Offered

  • US Center attendees: In-person (up to $750) and digital access ($150)
  • Non-US Center attendees: In-person (up to $750) and digital access ($150)
